I Made a Simple White Noise App
I get distracted easily by background noise. Traffic, neighbors, random sounds. Most white noise apps were too complex or required subscriptions. So I made something simple for myself.
What It Is
Quiet is a minimal noise generator that runs in the browser. I use it to play a 432 Hz tone with adjustable volume. That’s it. No accounts, no tracking, just open and play.
I got the idea from folks like Lex Fridman, Tim Ferriss, and Andrew Huberman talking about using white noise for focus. Sounded worth trying, so I built this.
